Dear PTTC Network:

The PTTC Building Health Equity and Social Justice Working Group has maintained an internal directory for subject matter expertise in topics related to equity and working with diverse populations. As we know there are periodic changes in PTTC staffing, we would like to update the current directory.

The directory is accessible in the TTC Hub under National Initiatives -> SME Directory. You can review the information currently listed and email any updates to Kristen Erickson, kerickson@ccsme.org, or you can complete the survey anew here: https://bit.ly/PTTCSMEsurvey, and we will update the directory with new information.

The survey is relatively brief and asks about 3 main areas of interest:

1)            Areas of knowledge and expertise

2)            Populations/groups you have worked with and feel confident working with

3)            Languages in which you can provide training and technical assistance
